About your instructor

Dr Clare Le Roy

I'm an interior designer, PhD qualified business educator and founder of The Little Design Corner.

Before TLDC, I spent six years running my own residential interior design studio, using SketchUp as part of the way I designed, presented and documented real client projects.

I started teaching SketchUp because I could see a gap between what designers were learning and what they actually needed to work professionally. My approach is practical. I teach the workflow I used in my own studio, rather than teaching software for the sake of software.

My background also includes corporate education and business, so everything I teach is designed to be clear, structured and useful in the real world.
